How do I activate Loco Pro after purchasing?

Immediately after payment confirmation, a cryptographically signed license key is created and emailed to you. It is also available in your Customer Account. Open Loco Desktop, go to Settings > License, and paste your key to unlock Pro features instantly.

Does Loco run completely offline?

Yes. All model inference, workflows, and prompts run 100% locally on your computer hardware. Loco Pro includes an offline grace period so you can continue using Pro even without an internet connection.

Can I install Loco on secondary drives (e.g. D: or E:)?

Yes. The Loco 2.0.2 installer allows you to choose any destination drive and directory. You can also configure custom model storage paths anywhere on your PC.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through PayPal or via your Loco Customer Portal. Your Pro entitlements will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
